We are looking for an exceptional Senior Healthcare Associate to join our team in the Norwich area.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while supporting residents with advanced care needs and mentoring junior team members.

With a valid driving licence and access to a car, you will work between a base home and other local facilities, enjoying mileage coverage for journeys over 5 miles.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a mixed shift pattern, offering stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with advanced care needs
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Work between multiple locations in the Norwich area

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ongoing access to a personal vehicle
  • At least 12 months' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 desired)

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
