Company Overview:

identifi Global Resources is a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Management Specialist to join our programme team.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £243 per day, Band 8a.

About the Role:

The Healthcare IT Project Management Specialist will be responsible for implementing a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the allocated workstream and associated sub-projects.
  • Manage complex environments and relationships within the Trusts.
  • Review and challenge all project development and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Significant senior experience in project/programme management delivery with evidence of leading and managing improvement projects in the NHS.
  • Management at a senior level where change management skills have been required within the post.
  • Negotiating skills to encourage collaborative working across different agencies to improve services.
  • Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to influence and build positive and productive relationships at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited project management qualification (e.g. APM, Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes or equivalent).
