EPR Transformation and Adoption Project Manager

Location: Norwich, UK

Estimated Salary: £243 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 18 months

As part of the NHS digital health initiative, we are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the EPR transformation workstream and deliver complex projects within the Trusts.

The successful candidate will have significant senior experience in project management delivery with evidence of leading and managing improvement projects in the NHS. They will also possess strong change management skills, negotiation abilities, and organisational and project management skills.

The project manager will be responsible for reviewing and challenging all project development and documentation, monitoring programme compliance delivery, and ensuring that planned cost savings are made.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EPR transformation workstream and associated sub-projects
  • Review and challenge all project development and documentation
  • Monitor programme compliance delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management delivery
  • Experience in leading and managing improvement projects in the NHS
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
