Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with information requests under the General Data Protection Regulation and Freedom of Information Act.

The role involves working flexibly, typically four days a week from home, and one day a week in the office. You will be reporting to the Information Rights Manager and Deputy Data Protection Officer, who will guide you in your responsibilities towards data protection and freedom of information.

A comprehensive package is included with this role, including career progression, annual leave of 27 days per annum increasing to 33 days pa based on length of service (plus paid bank holidays), and in-house and external training programs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications through professional certifications and soft skills training. We encourage staff development and want you to make a difference in your local communities.
