Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Counter Manager to join our team and help us achieve our retail objectives. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Brow and Beauty advisors, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate our Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Delegate roles and responsibilities to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage and maintain our stock levels, ensuring that our counter is always stocked and ready for customers.
  • Communicate effectively with our area managers and store/department managers to ensure that our team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Administer daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks, and assist with area manager administration as needed.
  • Ensure that our counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also need to be passionate about beauty and customer service, and have a strong desire to deliver exceptional results.
