Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our sales and service teams to achieve exceptional results and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our sales and service teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
  • Manage and maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop our sales and service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
