Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Brow and Beauty advisors by setting the perfect example, maximizing all sales opportunities, and ensuring that the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Brow and Beauty advisors by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained.
- Achieve counter and service sales targets agreed with the area manager through delegating to Brow and Beauty advisors, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, carrying out beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
- Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.
- Communicate effectively between store/department managers and area managers, and maintain high levels of open communication on the counter.
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration is completed, and where necessary, assist with area manager administration.
- Manage staff rotas fairly and on a monthly basis.
- Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be 18 or over to work in the airport.
