Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Counter Manager to join our team and lead our sales and service efforts in-store. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and managing our Brow and Beauty advisors, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure high customer service standards are maintained at all times
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the area manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or management role in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services
  • Ability to train and develop team members
