About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Lockton Companies team as a Junior Wordings Specialist. This is a newly created role that will provide technical support to our Account Managers and Broking teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amend policy wordings to meet Underwriter and Client requirements
  • Prepare and draft policy wordings for Underwriter quotes and Client submissions
  • Develop and maintain policy wording endorsements
  • Review Market Reform Contracts to ensure alignment with policy wordings
  • Draft and construct policy wordings and schedules
  • Conduct wording comparisons to highlight differences in coverage
  • Support the team with day-to-day wording tasks
  • Maintain and update the wordings workflow Excel spreadsheet
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide technical support
  • Attend client meetings and handle wordings enquiries

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to develop knowledge through formal and informal learning
  • Strong literacy skills, educated to a minimum of A Level and above in English
