**Job Title:** Clinical Liaison Specialist
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Liaison Specialist to join our team at Getting In Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and our practice.
The successful candidate will study towards a Customer Service Apprenticeship at Milton Keynes College, one day a week, gaining access to modern facilities, technology, and resources.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, healthcare, and teamwork. Our dedicated teams deliver high-quality primary healthcare services with a strong emphasis on staff training and development.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide helpful and efficient service as the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Answer the telephone promptly and courteously
- Sort all Medical Centre post, both internal and external
