About the Role


As a clinical physiotherapist assessment specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping people move forward with their lives. You will carry out thorough assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.


You will work closely with customers, listening to their experiences and asking questions to gather valuable insights. Your clinical expertise and empathy will be essential in producing high-quality reports that help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' disabilities or health conditions
  • Produce high-quality reports to support benefit claims
  • Work closely with customers to gather valuable insights and information
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and assessment outcomes

What We Offer:

Requirements:



  • HPC registered physiotherapist with 1 year's broad post-registration experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a varied workload
  • Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
