**Job Overview**

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist to provide specialist therapy for patients with neurological conditions. This role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, promoting optimal function and independence.

The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload, performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized rehabilitation plans. They will also support patients in achieving functional goals related to mobility, self-care, and independence.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to patients with neurological conditions, maximizing their potential for recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

**Requirements:**

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in neurorehabilitation or managing neurological caseloads, with a strong understanding of relevant conditions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

**Estimated Salary**: £44,828.40 - £55,964.80 per annum, dependent on experience.
