Nursery Room Leader Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Poppies Childcare Agency. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a nursery room and ensuring that all children receive high-quality care and education.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare, recent UK nursery experience, and knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate staff.

Apart from the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including annual pay reviews, staff socials, and opportunities for career progression.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
