Job Overview:
Kinetech is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a D365 CRM implementation for a sizable Retail/Hospitality business with significant UK and International operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a number of UK workstreams, including Technical Validation, Testing/UAT, Data Migration, Training, and Change Management, involving 3rd-party and in-house resources.
- Lead UK Steer Co meetings and participate in Group Steer Co meetings, interacting regularly with the Group Board and UK Exec Team.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Project Sponsor and UK business teams on all communication and engagement.
- Ensure the delivered solution meets UK requirements and is fit for purpose, pushing back when necessary and collaborating with other Country leads.
- Use significant influencing skills to shape the project from a UK perspective, challenging the group when things aren't right to ensure a successful UK rollout.
- Develop a UK and International support model.
- Drive the project to an ambitious deadline.
About You:
We're looking for a Programme Manager with:
- Significant end-to-end D365 CRM Programme Leadership experience.
- UK and International experience, demonstrating the ability to deal with complexity and cultural/language nuances.
- Experience migrating away from Salesforce, with some experience integrating with SAP.
- D365 Product and Programme Management experience to anticipate challenges and ensure the business has a product meeting their requirements.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Able to present and operate at the highest levels with Steer Co, Board, and Exec teams.
- Able to quickly assess what needs to happen to meet ambitious deadlines.
- Able to travel to London 1-2 days per week and other UK locations occasionally.
