Job Title: Inclusive Learning Support Worker
Location: Hertfordshire, UK
Salary: £85 - £100 per day, with an estimated annual salary of £34,000 - £43,600 based on full-time term-time work
Hours: Full time - 40 hrs per week, Mon - Fri, term time only (8:30am - 16:30pm)
We are looking for a dedicated Inclusive Learning Support Worker to join our team at a well-resourced school. Our students require individualised support to manage sensory overload, anxiety, and transitions.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality support to students with complex needs in all areas of the curriculum
- Assisting young people with complex needs to achieve their educational and personal goals
- Working towards formal qualifications and taking responsibility for personal development
- Being passionate and compassionate about children and young people with additional needs
