**Job Summary**
Pertemps is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team based in Wishaw. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Contract Manager and drivers across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide operational support to all sites aligned to the region, including gathering driver weekly availability, completing licence checks, and maintaining compliance and accuracy of our systems.
* Maintain close working relationships with drivers and staff across each location, using available tools to ensure seamless communication.
* Ensure all minimum standards associated with our booking and management process are maintained.
* Support the Consultant with the onboarding process of our workers.
* Manage and maintain all systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and other administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with the Contract Manager to deliver 100% compliance audit rating for the sites aligned to the region.
* Support the effective roll-out of new internal initiatives and projects.
* Manage day-to-day worker issues, including pay, holiday, sickness, and attendance.
* Ensure all personal objectives are met, and escalate any operational issues that may involve senior customer and/or Pertemps management.
* Maintain the highest levels of communication with the client, flexible workers, and within the Pertemps management team.
**Key Skills**
* Display an inquisitive approach to managing sites, identifying opportunities to improve process, recruitment, financial, and operational performance.
* Evidence capability for making sound and confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
* Demonstrate a calm, encouraging, and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
* Meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
**Requirements**
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using relevant software and systems.
