About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic special needs assistant to join our team at a school in Boston.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in the care sector and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
This is a fantastic chance for individuals from an education background or those who have worked within healthcare/support work to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individual support to students to enhance their social and cognitive development
- Working closely with the class teacher and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30
- A long-term contract with the option of ongoing employment
