Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Community Inclusive Trust (C.I.T.). As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, many of whom have special educational needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This will involve assisting with lesson planning, delivering tailored support to students, and helping to monitor their progress.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students
  • Help to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
