Location: Boston
Salary Range: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Special Educational Needs Practitioner to work with students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges in a dedicated SEN school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to ensure effective support and intervention.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students or in a Social, Emotional and Mental Health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to supporting the educational and emotional needs of students with SEMH.
