**About the Role**

The Music Market is seeking an ambitious **Junior Day-to-Day Manager** to provide creative and comprehensive support to the successful roster of artists. This role offers a hybrid working structure, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the music management company
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for artists
  • Manage schedules and calendars for artists and staff
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
