Job Summary:

Active Day Camps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Play Lead to oversee and facilitate children's activities in a soft play environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Soft Play Sessions, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the soft play area, ensuring a consistently high standard of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, games, and storytelling sessions that cater to the needs and interests of children aged [insert age range].
  • Monitor children to ensure they play safely, following the rules of the play area and avoiding any hazardous behavior.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to parents' and guardians' queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery, playgroup, or leisure center environment.
  • Early Years Qualified (desirable).
  • Current Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
  • Experience with program management and coordination.
