We are a dynamic and expanding firm specializing in pension administration services tailored for a diverse clientele, including business owners and directors.

Position Overview:

This multifaceted and rewarding position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned pensions administrator who is motivated and eager to advance within the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, thrive under pressure, and be capable of independently managing a substantial workload. We seek an individual with relevant pension experience who is ready to develop within the organization, benefiting from continuous professional growth and opportunities for internal advancement.

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours of work from Monday to Friday, based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth processing of both new and ongoing business operations
  • Providing mentorship to junior colleagues while assisting senior staff
  • Executing financial transactions and managing investments with minimal oversight
  • Overseeing workflow to maintain high standards and meet deadlines
  • Maintaining the internal CRM system and ensuring accurate transactional records
  • Performing essential mathematical calculations
  • Conducting thorough audits and reviews of client files
  • Communicating directly with clients and their financial advisors

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in pension administration, specifically with SIPP or SSAS
  • Strong foundational technical knowledge and a general understanding of the commercial landscape
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Numerical aptitude and proactive mindset
  • Effective communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor
