Studio Coordinator for Global Architecture Practice

Role Overview
An experienced Studio Coordinator is required to join a leading, global AJ100 architecture practice in Oxford. The successful candidate will support the studio team and provide administrative assistance.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update project management software.
- Ensure Health & Safety and ISO standards are met and manage office supplies.
- Provide induction and Health & Safety information to new employees.
- Implement and maintain business procedures.
- Support the technical team by booking travel, printing reports, and drawings.
- Book rooms, host guests, and manage meeting logistics.
- Meet and greet visitors and answer calls.
- Organise employee events.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum salary based on experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team locally, regionally, and across the wider business.
- Strong MS Office skills.
