About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Studio Coordinator to join our Oxford studio as part of a 1-year maternity contract. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our studio.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage project coordination, facilities, and office management to maintain high standards.
  2. Ensure Health & Safety and ISO compliance, and manage office supplies.
  3. Provide comprehensive induction and training to new employees.
  4. Develop and implement business procedures to improve efficiency.
  5. Support the technical team with day-to-day tasks, including travel arrangements and document preparation.
  6. Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and greet visitors.

Requirements

  • A minimum of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum salary based on experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
