Your Role:

As our new Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's financial stability by:

  • Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
  • Chasing outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections
  • Building strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment
  • Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Preparing detailed credit reports and analyses for management
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
