• Cost Management: Effectively manage kitchen expenses to ensure that costs remain within budget.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control food stock levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available.
• Menu Planning and Ordering: Plan and order food in advance, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are properly maintained and that all staff and students are aware of health and safety procedures.

• Catering Experience: Proven experience in a school or similar catering environment.
• Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
