About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Personal Banker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process general banking requests, such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help customers understand our range of services and products, and identify opportunities to offer them tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
