You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance our customer banking experience, working closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Process banking transactions, including payments, balance inquiries, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve customer service and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and banking.
- A competitive salary of £24,750 per year (pro rata for hours worked).
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days (pro rata for hours worked).
