About the Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum for this SEN Teaching Assistant role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a SEN setting, prior experience in one-to-one support and small group work, and strong behaviour management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to the child with moderate ASD.
  • Assist the child with their daily activities, including meal times and personal care.
  • Help to manage the child's behaviour, using strategies such as positive reinforcement and redirection.
