The Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Teacher for a Year 5 position in a one-form entry school. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who can demonstrate a strong academic record and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, with a focus on individual learning targets and strengths.
  • Developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry.
  • Helping children develop their writing ability through creative storytelling.
  • Tracking children's progress and reporting back to parents.

Requirements:

  • QTS and PGCE with a strong academic record.
  • A creative and imaginative approach to teaching.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to inspire children.
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom.
