About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at HealthHarmonie. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

As a Healthcare Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintaining the reception area clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • Accurately inputting patient details into the patient information system to maintain accurate patient records
  • Evaluating and prioritizing patient referrals based on urgency and medical need
  • Contacting patients to schedule appointments
  • Scanning and attaching referrals to the patient's file for easy accessibility
  • Preparing examination rooms for clinicians

Work Schedule and Location

  • The position requires working 3 days a week
  • Working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
  • Working hours 8:30am - 5pm
  • The base location will be divided between Two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) at Townlands Memorial Hospital and Saturdays at Royal Berkshire Hospital

HealthHarmonie is a fast-paced and growing healthcare organization that operates from various locations across England. We work in partnership with several NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help our patients. To succeed, you must fulfill legal eligibility requirements to work with us, including a successful disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation during the interview stage.

Your training will begin with a corporate induction followed by shadowing an experienced team member, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
