Graduate Support Staff for ASD Pupil

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role offers a unique chance to work with a child with Autism in a mainstream primary school based in Henley-on-Thames.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work closely with the child, providing one-to-one support to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. They will also be responsible for supporting pupils with various needs, including learning difficulties and behaviour management.
In addition to their teaching assistant duties, the ideal candidate will possess strong behaviour management skills, allowing them to effectively manage challenging situations and promote a positive learning environment.
