Academics Graduate Teaching Assistant Specialist

Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to a child with Autism in a mainstream primary school based in Henley-on-Thames.
Job DescriptionThis long-term opportunity involves working on a 1:1 basis with the child, who requires additional support due to their EHCP. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Autism, particularly with ABA therapy.
The role also requires supporting pupils with various needs, including learning difficulties, behaviour management, SEMH, ADHD, hearing and vision impairments, or global delay. Previous experience in SEN support is essential, and strong behaviour management skills are required.
