Family Therapy Specialist Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Therapy Specialist Clinical Lead to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of systemic family therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents in need of mental health support.

* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of systemic family therapists.
* Develop and implement evidence-based systemic family therapy interventions across the trust.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for service users.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of systemic family therapists.
* Develop and implement evidence-based systemic family therapy interventions across the trust.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for service users.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and external agencies.

Requirements:
* Qualified systemic family psychotherapist registered with the UKCP via the College of Family Couple and Systemic Therapy.
* Post-graduate qualification in relevant mental health/social welfare profession with demonstrable practice over a minimum of four years.
* Consolidated experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
* Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
