Clinical Lead for Systemic Family Therapy

About the Role:
The NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead for Systemic Family Therapy to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of systemic family therapy services to children and adolescents in need of mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of systemic family therapy services across the trust.
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of systemic family therapists.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for service users.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and external agencies.
Requirements:
* Qualified systemic family psychotherapist registered with the UKCP via the College of Family Couple and Systemic Therapy.
* Post-graduate qualification in relevant mental health/social welfare profession with demonstrable practice over a minimum of four years.
* Consolidated experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
