Senior Clinical Lead for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Early Intervention Services team. As a Clinical Psychologist and Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and specialist treatment and assessment within your professional sphere of expertise.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and specialist treatment and assessment within your professional sphere of expertise
• Clinically supervise and line manage junior clinicians throughout the EWMHS team
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with wider mental health and wellbeing services
Requirements
• Successful completion of a post-graduate training in Clinical/Counselling Psychology
• Eligibility for registration as a full member of the appropriate professional body (HCPC, BACP, UKCP, AFT, ACP)
• Extensive experience of working with difficult, disturbed or challenging children/young people requiring skilled and complex interventions
• Extensive experience of clinical supervision of post-graduate qualified psychological practitioners
• Extensive experience of working therapeutically with parents/carers/families of children and young people with complex mental health problems
