Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team at Dovetail & Slate | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our apprentices in Residential Children's Services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills, to a caseload of apprentices in Residential Children's Services.
  • Support, coach, and mentor apprentices through their apprenticeship qualification.
  • Work from home and run 121 training sessions in the workplace, utilizing Microsoft Teams for remote support.
  • Prep apprentices for face-to-face visits and provide ongoing support throughout their apprenticeship journey.
