Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the CRM Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining and generating customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction across ecommerce channels. This includes re-engaging with previous customers, sustaining current relationships, and building new relationships through targeted email marketing campaigns.

About the Role
The successful candidate will plan and collaborate with the design team to build effective email marketing campaigns and customer accounts, implementing strategies to enhance retention, satisfaction, and loyalty amongst customers. The CRM specialist will also monitor ecommerce transactions, maintain thorough records of customer interactions, and construct regular reports using data and insights to support findings. With a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical skills, this role presents an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, plan, and run email marketing campaigns to engage customers
  • Manage and enhance retention, satisfaction, and loyalty among customers

What We Offer
