About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Designer & CDM Advisor to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients, employees, and contractors across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects for key clients, focusing on high-rise residential refurbishment, development, and commercial sectors.
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate pre-construction phases of projects to identify, eliminate, or control significant and foreseeable risks.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical health and safety advice, guidance, and coaching to project teams throughout all stages of the project.
  • Attend client meetings and carry out H&S site inspections, delivering high-quality reports to clients within agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable previous experience in successfully delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisor roles in the residential refurbishment, development, and commercial sector.
  • Hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Be an incorporated member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPs) or equivalent.
  • Have a full and clean driver's license.
  • Be willing to travel to varied sites across London, Home Counties, and the Southeast.
