Job Title: Onsite Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Representative to join our team at AJ Walter Aviation. As the primary point of contact for our client, easyJet, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent AJ Walter Aviation at easyJet HQ, Luton, and provide expert advice on service-related matters.
  • Manage and report on KPIs across AOG, MRO, Procurement, and operations to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure easyJet receives top-tier service and contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with easyJet teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and minimize additional charges.
  • Define, manage, and monitor operational KPIs to drive performance and improvements within the PBH and Customer Service teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, research, and learning.
  • Maintain high-quality service for internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and strong working relationships.

Requirements:

  • Airline/Aviation Experience: Prior experience in the airline or aviation industry is essential, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs, regulations, and best practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact on-site.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries, present solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess and resolve client issues, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple client teams, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the airline or aviation sector, with the ability to adapt to industry trends and client needs.
  • On-Site Presence: Willingness to work at client site, offering hands-on support and ensuring seamless service alignment.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal and client teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
