Job Title: Onsite Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Representative to join our team at AJ Walter Aviation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent AJ Walter Aviation at client sites, providing hands-on support and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with clients to define, manage, and monitor operational KPIs, driving performance and improvements within our teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the airline or aviation industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve client issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Industry knowledge and adaptability, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs.
