About Protocol Education Ltd
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Specialist to lead our internal operations and promote high conduct standards.
The role involves managing the Behaviour Support team, facilitating access to the National Curriculum for students with challenging behaviour, and providing active support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Behaviour Support team and inclusion workers.
- Facilitate access to the National Curriculum for students on long-term relocation by coordinating work requests to teachers.
- Analyse behaviour data to identify trends and patterns, providing support to staff and departments for areas of concern.
- Offer active support to staff in dealing with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Organize an "on-call" rotation for picking up students from lessons as needed.
Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements: Relevant qualifications and training, enhanced DBS check, and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
