Job Description

Based in Ealing, this full-time, term-time only position offers a competitive daily rate of £110. As an Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group interventions to pupils with SEN/SEMH needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SpLD.

  1. Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support and enhance pupil progress
  2. Developing and leading interventions targeting specific areas of need, such as literacy and numeracy
  3. Liaising with the SENCO and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for pupils
