**About the Role:**

Sy3 is currently seeking an experienced Psychology Placement Assistant to join our SEN unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and developing life skills for students with severe learning and physical disabilities, behavioural challenges, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and specialists to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Support students with their learning and development of life skills, including daily living activities and academic achievement
  • Manage behaviour and develop valuable field-based experience

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in Psychology or a related field. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and external agencies.

Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
