  • As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for managing behaviour and developing valuable field-based experience, working within a supportive SEN unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to students with severe SEND/SEMH needs
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and specialists to develop student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and participation

Requirements:

  • High-achieving graduate with strong academics - Psychology graduates are ideal for this role
  • A minimum of [£25,000] annual salary, depending on experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
