Experienced SEMH Support Worker

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join their team at a mainstream school in the Stockport area. The role involves supporting children and young adults with social, emotional & mental health issues (SEMH) on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to pupils with SEMH needs
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery to ensure the best possible learning experience for all students
- Cultivate positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to promote a supportive school environment
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with SEN students, and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport quickly.
A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in making a real difference in a child's life.
