HR Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR Operations Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee data, processing new hires and terminations, and generating reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR inbox and respond to queries, escalating where necessary.
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement system updates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support the coordination of company inductions, ensuring new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and compile HR-related data and reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to support business decisions.
- Support benefits administration and provide general HR support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an HR or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
- Good understanding of HR systems and processes, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
