Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves being the first point of contact for existing and new clients of the National Telephone Advice Line. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support and handle calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking accurate and detailed messages while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Deal with calls and provide excellent client service skills
  • Take accurate and detailed messages, maintaining confidentiality
  • Use Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Outlook
  • Previous case management system experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
