Job Title: Contact Centre Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our client's Member Connect team as Contact Centre Representatives. Our client is a leading UK consulting and administration organisation specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors.

Job Summary:

As a Contact Centre Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. You will understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in a centralised database.
  • Deliver first-class customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • GCSE grade C/4 in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or phone-based office role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
