About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
